good news, stepped on scale at hospital, down to 148. fingers crossed for new weight and not just good day.
my heart still hearts. starting to not think about M all the time, but still feel like shit. empty. a failure.

congrats on the scale! i get this way too hun. with sooo much stuff and stress going on all at once its easy to get overwhelmed. just breath, have at least 20 min to urself a day, and just take one day at a time. soon things will slow down again. hang in there love!
